I had the pleasure of teaching an animated typography course at UCLA DMA awhile back, and was inspired by incredible intelligence and creativity of the students I encountered there.
During the class I would occasionally post an After Effects tutorial to help a student solve a specific problem. Here’s one that I enjoyed doing that’s all about using text animators. I don’t really use them very often, but had fun learning!
